In 2012, we established Clean It! Industrial as a complementary entity to our pre-existing print media distribution enterprise, Paperboy Deliveries, which, during that period, held the distinction of being the largest print media distributor in North Texas. Given our extensive engagement with the numerous convenience store and gas station establishments within our operational sphere, we leveraged our well-established rapport with these enterprises to introduce a value-added service – a revitalizing "facelift" for their retail locations. The quality of our services left a positive impression on many of these initial clients, leading them to refer us to other business and property owners. Subsequently, these referrals cascaded to general contractors responsible for managing the construction requirements of their respective projects. - Some refer to us as the "Property Saviors"
